All of the photos on this website relating to poultry houses, dog kennels, duck houses, rabbit hutches and weldmesh runs belong to Woodcraft Ltd. They are not available for use by any other individual without permission.
All orders placed are subject to payment processing and will be despatched within the alloted time once payment had cleared.
The delivery time can vary throughout the year and an estimated time can be given although we will not be responsible for any losses incurred if delivery exceeds the stated time.
If you purchase a standard item and you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return it unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
If the item has been altered, used or tampered with in any way we withhold the right to refuse an exchange or refund although we try our best to come to an arrangement to suit both parties.
Any damage caused to an item during transit must be signed for as damaged. If the customer is not in at the time of delivery, said customer must notify Wood-Crafts of the damage within 24 hours of delivery or we cannot take up a claim with the courier company.
If you purchase an item and instruct us to change or customise it in any way you will be only be entitled to a full refund if it is damaged or you feel it is seriously mis-described. You cannot return a customised item if you simply change your mind.
If you request an alteration to an item that cannot be carried out for technical reasons then we reserve the right to send out the item with alterations as close to the request as is technically possible.
