The House:
This quality poultry house or small animal house is made with 12.5mm shiplap and 12mm flooring
Any aspect of this house can be altered to suit your requirements.
The house is delivered ready built while the run is pre-drilled and flat packed
Legs can be added to this house to raise it up off the ground - please see the 'Extras' section below. The legs come at a standard height to raise the house 10 inches off the ground. This can be altered at no extra cost. The run height will be altered to accomodate the house height.
Please use the 'Alterations' box during the ordering process to specify the required height
If you have the legs, we can 'box in' the underneath of the house to create a dry area. The height of the legs on the house will then be altered to raise it 18 inches off the ground to allow your birds/animals enough head room underneath.
This is made using wire panels (the back panel can be removed for easy access to the underneath of the house so is useful for storing feeders & drinkers) or can be enclosed with timber.
If you purchase the boxing in you must also purchase the legs - we cannot box in the underneath if you do not order legs!
A ramp will also be added if either of the legs are added. This will be adjusted in length to suit the height of the legs.
House Features:

Lift off timber roofing for easy access - this has an inner lining and is silicone sealed, so is watertight (Not felt as shown due to this causing mite problems)

Sliding pop hole door (will be horizontal on small houses)This can be altered to a normal opening door at no extra charge (see 'Extras' listed below)

Small feet to keep the house off the ground

Ready stained in a choice of wood protecting colours or can be left unstained if required
Run Features
:
Our quality runs are made from small 16 gauge 1/2" x 1/2" weldmesh wire so will keep out rodents and small birds therefore reducing the risk of disease.
This is a rigid galvanised weldmesh so is strong and not floppy like chicken wire so is almost impossible for foxes to chew through
The height of the run will be altered to fit just under the eaves of the house
All runs have a top opening panel for access and can have an end opening panel for easy 'free ranging' at extra cost
